Payment Expectations

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. Please note: You are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office, regardless of your insurance coverage.

Insurance & Billing

We will send you a monthly statement to keep you updated on your account status. Most insurance providers respond within 4–6 weeks. If your statement does not reflect your insurance payment during that time, please call our office.

Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. We appreciate your prompt attention to any outstanding balances.

Financing Options

To make dental care more affordable, we offer financing through the following providers:

• CareCredit: A healthcare credit card that lets you pay for treatments over time with no interest if paid in full within the promotional period.
• Cherry: Buy now, pay later with simple approval and flexible monthly payments.
